All orders once completed will be sent by 1st class post, using the standard delivery service

How long would it take for me to receive my items?
Please see estimated time scales above regarding orders placed. You will also need to allow a few extra days for delivery.
If you need them urgently. We do offer a Rush Order service. But this will be an addition cost on top of your order.
Using the Rush Order Service will ensure your order is completed within 1 - 2 working days.
Out of stock items
Occasionally we may hold onto your order if we are out of stock of a large part of it. But we always let you know the possible time scale for dispatch if this case.
Handmade Wedding Invitation Notice
We would strongly recommend placing your order asap if you would like us to complete your Wedding Invitations for you. That way we can make sure we have all the items in stock, ready to complete your order!
What forms of payment can I use?
Once you have selected your items to purchase you have a range of payment options intended to suit you.
We accept Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch and Solo.
I am having problems paying via PAYPAL
Please give us a call, we now take payment over the phone!
When will the payment be taken from my account?
Payment will be taken as soon as your order has been placed with us.
Is it safe for me to use my credit card?
Shooting Star provides totally safe and secure online shopping 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Will my personal details be kept private and secure?
At Nickiís Stationery we are committed to protecting your security and privacy.
Will I receive a receipt for my order?
On placing your order via our Nickiís Stationery website, you will receive e-mail confirmation of the products that you have ordered and their respective prices via Paypal.
If you place your order the phone, we will be able to advise about timescales and we will pop an invoice within your parcel, which will include a break down of your products ordered and their respective prices.
We Have The Right To Refuse Any Orders Placed.
Canceling An Order
Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and doesn't end until 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
You donít have the right to cancel Custom Orders or Products that are Personalised.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

As a customer, you will have to take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession.

Personalised/Custom Orders/Made To Order Ė we would advise you to order samples if you are thinking of ordering personalised products. That way you can see the quality, and design before your order is placed with us.
Printing extra place cards for last minute additions
(after order has been shipped).
How much will I be charged for delivery?
Due to the price rise with Royal Mail we have had to increase our p & p charges for 2012.
UK orders - delivery charge will be -
0.01 - 5.00 - Cost £1.99
£5.01 - £15.00 - Cost £3.99
£15.01 - £40.00 - Cost £4.99
£40.01 - £60.00 - Cost £5.99
£60.01 - plus - Cost £6.99
How will my products be delivered?
Your products will be delivered via Royal Mail by 1st Class post
Please make sure that you enter your correct delivery address when ordering. We will not be liable for the failure to deliver the goods ordered if an incorrect address is provided.
I've just ordered, can you dispatch my order urgently?
We pack and dispatch orders in the order that they are received. Unless you have selected our Rush Order Service. If that is that case, then your order will take priority over all other orders.
We also reserve the right to supply a substitute item if any products are out of stock at the time. This will be as close to the original item as possible. We will meet the cost of returning the substitute goods to you, if you choose to cancel within the Cancellation Period.
Orders Sent Outside The UK
Yes, we are happy to send orders outside the UK. But please note that the delivery time will be longer.
All confectionery may contain traces of nut.
All products are not suitable for children 3 years or under.
